Interesting .. both seem to be identical, but for these important differences.

*+ Nikon:
IS (image stablization)
Multiple Point Focusing
Cables - Audio/Video

* +Casio
Shutter lag = 8 ms

If you are going to be shooting ANY action shots, the Casio wins ... for all other styles of photography, the Nikon gets the nod
