Do you have any mid range digital SLR Camera Recommendations?I am 14 and I am really into photography, its something I've been interested in my entire life and I owned my very first camera when I was just learning to crawl. My grandfather was a photographer but unfortunately he died before ever teaching me much about cameras. My budget isn't very high but I want to make sure I get a good quality camera. Any Recommendations?

I have the Nikon D60 camera and I love it. I'm 15 and very into photography like you, it's a perfect camera for a beginner. I bought mine at Costco as a kit - it came with a zoom lens, a carrying case, and a memory card. You could also get the D90 if you want your camera to record high definition video. Hope this helps.
I'm looking into the Nikon R1C1 flash kit, they have this on CSI: NY.

i would get the most expensive camera you can afford, and get the next model down, and buy a good lens to pair with it,
(most high end dslrs are sold without a lens)

Any entry level SLR will be more than enough to get you started. Since the arrival of digital SLR's cameras become obsolete in a few years. Buy a good entry level model and learn as much as you can. When you are ready for a higher end model it will be time to upgrade anyway.
Also buying an entry level model will leave you money to invest in another lens. You will soon realize that it is the lens that really matters and not the camera. Lenses also will last for decades.
Some cameras to look at would be
Canon Rebel XS, XSi or T1i and the Nikon D40, D60 or D5000.
