My Computer wont accept my camera in USB Port. Please help!?Gaaaah i hate Windows XP. I have a Radioshack digital still camera plugged into my USB port like its supposed to be and the program installed on the computer, but my comp still wont read my camera so that i can transfer the photos to my computer.
I went into the control panel to add new hardware but it just finds drivers that arent digitally signed and tells me:
"Continuing installation of this software may impair or destabilize the correct operation of my system either immediately or in the future. Microsoft strongly recommends that you stop this installation now and contact the hardware vendor for software that has passed Windows Logo testing."
What do i do? I already installed the proper program, and this camera worked just fine on my old comp with Windows 98 SE.
The program that came with the camera is "RadioShack DR-97"
And it's telling me the camera isn't plugged into the computer when it is.
