Autodesk Labs What's New in Project Photofly 2.0?

Project Photofly 2.0 is a free new technology preview from Autodesk Labs that allows anyone with a digital camera to create 3D models from photographs using the web. With a common point and shoot digital camera, users can quickly and easily generate accurate 3D models of nearly any object they can photograph. Project Photofly 2.0 harnesses the power of cloud computing to translate photos into detailed 3D models. The 3D models can be manipulated through professional design software or free design applications like Autodesk's 123D. Project Photofly 2.0 allows users to share their models with others through YouTube and Autodesk's free Inventor Publisher Mobile Viewer application for the iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch. See autodesk.com/photofly for more info.
