Can you get camera filters for normal digital camers?

Can you get camera filters for normal digital camers?i have a samsung s860 and i was wondering what Accessories i can get for it that will change the actual photo.
Like a mini polarize you get to put on the front, or something like that.

The S860 is a $ 70 camera. If you want to use a Polarizer, I recommend you get a better camera.

Or you could always butcher.....umm, edit your images in a photo editor.

Cokin UK [1] have a filter system for compact cameras. Since it can use the tripod thread it can be moved from camera to camera as you upgrade.
