Good waterproof/underwater digital camera, $200 or under?

Good waterproof/underwater digital camera, 0 or under?I've been looking for a waterproof/underwater digital camera online. I've found them as low as the low 100's with horrible reviews. The only one I've found with good reviews is the Olympus - Stylus Tough 14.0-Megapixel and it's $ 300, which I cant afford. (I'm 15, it's an early birthday present from my mom so I can have it in time to go on vacation)

Could someone please recommend me one with good picture quality above and under water, that's no more than $ 200?

your financial restrictions are a bit tricky but what about the Casio Exlim EX-G1(http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/660671-REG/Casio_EX_G1RD_Exilim_EX_G1_Digital_Camera.html)? It will do fine in a pool, or freshwater environment, the ocean it will be a little trickier to get a good picture... but that is not impossible. I don't know if you will be diving or not, but this camera is only treated to 7ft/lbs of pressure. The best for underwater photography without breaking the budget would have to be the Olympus 8010 or 6020 (but they are $ 399 and $ 299, respectfully).
