Best digital camera under 200 dollars for a technophobe?lol...I am looking for something simple to use, point and shoot, not pro quality but good quality. I am new to the whole digi camera thing, and want something I can use that is also reliable, and not to complicated to put pictures onto my computer.

I'd go with the Fuji F20. At $ 139 from Dell there's nothing in that price range that can touch it. Costco has it for $ 159 but it includes an xD card- so, about the same price.
It does better in low light than ANY other digital camera short of a DSLR (or the other Fuji's)

Well there is the Kodak 875 at $ 200
The 743 at $ 150, but the 875 is a far better camera.
There is the Canon A550 at $ 200
The Sony WC-55 at $ 200 (Pink and Silver)
There are a few Nikons in the $ 150 to $ 200 range The L11 is one of them.
